Love to wine, dine and party your way through summer? I'll bet! And a full social calendar can take its toll on your hair and skin so Spoilt and the fab team at The Australasian College Broadway have put together a few hair and beauty tips to keep you looking your best...
1. Shake things up - try a new hair style: When it comes to your hair don’t be afraid to wear something to accentuate it, a high or low pony tail finished off with a colourful scarf is perfect for this, it’s quick, easy and looks classy during a lunch date or worn at the beach!
Spoilt Tip: I gain hair inspiration from Christina at Hair Romance and have learned a lot from her simple hair styling e-books.
2. Stay hydrated & glow from within: Skin looking dull, dry and in need of a pick-me-up? Apply a hydrating treatment mask on your skin the night before you go out for softer, plumper skin that radiates from within, plus you can stress less knowing your skin is in tip top condition.
Spoilt Tip: For dry/ageing skin try dermalogica AGEsmart Multivitamin Power Recovery Mask, or Endota Spa Kakadu Plum Face Mask or oilier skin types.
3. Primer - it's your best friend: Have you ever created beautiful eye makeup, only to find it creasing and melting away after a few hours? Enough said. Eye primer (yes - a primer designed specifically for eye lids) is your new best friend. This nifty product prevents eye shadow from creasing or shifting, helps eye shadow to adhere to the skin for longer, and even makes eye shadow shades more vibrant. Lipstick lovers, why not pat loose powder over lipstick - this will make it last longer.
Spoilt Tip: My top eye primer pick is Benefit Stay Don't Stray Eye Primer + Concealer hands down!
