Review: What's not to love about PurePressed Blush? Made from all natural ingredients, this stunning pressed powder blush comes in 10 beautiful hues which all imitate a lovely natural flush on the skin. The formula is lightweight in consistency and does not feel as though you are wearing anything on the skin's surface. The powder does not really have a scent so I can easily apply this without feeling as though the product is artificial in the slightest. The best way to apply this powder is to gradually add colour to the cheeks, one dab of the brush at a time. Because the powder is pigmented, there is no need to 'swipe' the brush through the delicate product as it will waste the powder and put too much on the skin. The powder colour is true, meaning that what you see in the compact is the same colour that glides across the skin. While 2.8g sounds like nothing, the small round compact will last around 2-3 months if used daily and priced at $50 means that PurePressed Blush is still affordable. In fact, I was surprised because being a Jane Iredale product, I was expecting it to be priced around the $70 mark but I would gladly pay $50 for this lovely little blush. PurePressed Blush is described as offering a sheer and natural, perfect flush of colour and I do agree that these little beauties do just that, but they also have a buildable coverage so if you wish to pronounce the colour, simply add more and blend in. Free from parabens, dyes and additives, I can confidently declare my love for PurePressed Blush knowing that is loves my skin back!
Tip: When using a good blush brush, PurePressed blush will blend seamlessly into the skin.
