Inspired by pretty images, I could not pass up this new classic and timeless editorial campaign for ghd's newest styler, Eclipse. Shot by famed international fashion photographer Rankin, the new campaign introduces us to ghd's new Global Creative Director, Sam McKnight.
World-renowned session stylist Sam McKnight worked with Rankin to create this stunning stand-out campaign which shows just how versatile ghd's newest addition really is. Sam created the hair for the campaign – featuring an evolution of texture through five striking images of one model as well as a short creative film. "It’s great to be working with ghd as the new Global Creative Director – a ghd styler has been an essential in my kit bag for many years," said Sam McKnight. "I don’t think there could have been a better way to begin our relationship than with the new campaign for ghd eclipse. Rankin’s iconic photography, combined with the creativity of ghd eclipse, has created a campaign that, for me, embodies the spirit of ghd."
The first phase of the campaign features Dutch-born model Milou Sluis who has been chosen due to her beautiful, ever-changing chameleon looks. Milou effortlessly encapsulates the ghd brand mantra of ‘a good hair day, every day’. View the video here.
