Review: Having finally tried TRESemme, I was looking forward to seeing why so many people love the brand worldwide. This winter my usually healthy strands have become limp, lifeless and straw-like and so when I discovered Split Remedy Conditioner, I was wrapped. Designed to soften hair and improve its condition, Split Remedy Conditioner contains a unique reconstructing complex which works to smooth the hair cuticle thanks to polyelectrolyte microgel; a unique formulation of oppositely charged particles. So the question on your lips is, does it work? In a nutshell, yes. TRESemme claims that Split Remedy Conditioner reduces the appearance of split ends by up to 80% after three washes and I noticed a dramatic change in just two. Split Remedy Conditioner reduced the appearance of split ends from the very first wash. Because I have been colouring my hair and it is becoming brittle, I was really surprised to discover that this super affordable conditioner really does smooth the hair's cuticles. It is important to note that while I have dry ends, my roots are very oily and so I am particular with what I use. TRESemme Split Remedy Conditioner is a rather rich formula with a thick, creamy consistency that  is hard to break down and separate which means that it does tend to get stick in the hair and I find it just a little difficult to wash it out. With a little perseverance the formula washes out but I do find that hair experiences a little build up. If you experience frizzy coloured hair which has an abundance of split ends then you must try Split Remedy Conditioner for yourself.
