Review: Although I am not usually keen on tinted moisturisers due to the uber natural barely-there coverage, I am in love with this one. Never before has a tinted moisturiser granted so many beauty wishes! A wonderful lightweight formula that contains a subtle tint and smells oh so divine. I can't put my finger on the scent but it does smell really fresh, natural and kind of marine-based. So what can it do for you? Well Dream Tint hydrates, protects from sun and ageing, it acts as a primer underneath makeup, and gives skin a hint of subtle (and I mean subtle) colour. Being an oil-free moisturiser means that Dream Tint is perfect for just about all skin types, plus it comes in a wide range of shades including Lilac for tired skin, Peach for uneven skin and Bronze for a bit more colour on pale skin. Because I am really pale, I like a little warmth and Jane Iredale's makeup extraordinnaire recommended Medium-Light and it is perfect.
Like all Jane Iredale products, this is a mineral based product containing all natural ingredients. My skin feels soft and I do not tend to break out because it seems to provide the right amount of hydration each time. Titanium Dioxide is the active SPF ingredient, a natural substance as old as the earth itself. Considering many moisturisers on the market are about this price point, I honestly feel that Dream Tint gives other moisturisers a good run for their money because it is natural, lightweight and looks and smells amazing. If I could change one thing it would be the SPF factor - ideally I would love it to provide an SPF30+ because I am so fair and I want to be able to wear this daily and put 100% trust in to the product.
