Review: So you can call me a 'young person with no idea' if you wish but I just do not like Lavender. The scent is very old-fashioned and reminds me of grandmother's draws lined with scented lavender sheets. But when Lavender is mixed with Alpine Pepper, the scent changes completely - the spice blends with Lavender to create a whole new fantastic sensation that you must try. The consistency of the cream is rich but not heavy. The water-based formula blends in to the skin with ease and my dry hands drink it up quickly. If asked for my preference, I would prefer Lavender & Alpine Pepper Hand Cream to be a little thicker because dry hands like mine soak it up in seconds. So why did they choose these two key ingredients? Lavender works to generate new skin while Organic Alpine Pepper improves circulation (bonus for my poorly circulated mitts). While my uber-dry skin felt a little under nourished, Lavender & Alpine Pepper Hand Cream is ideal for those with normal to oily skin.
