Review: I have sensitive skin that can change from oily to dry during the seasons, so I expect a lot from my skin care - it needs to meet the demands of my skin and cater for both oiliness and dryness. Beauty and the Bees Leatherwood Honey and Coconut Light Moisture Cream sounded like the perfect moisturiser but all in all the product is a bit too rich for me. Bare in mind though that skin care made from natural ingredients usually consist of rich ingredients and honey is known for its hydrating properties while coconut is also very and creamy. Other delicious ingredients that make it so rich include macadamia oil, cocoa butter, sesame oil and Tasmanian leatherwood beeswax. I do love the natural concept of this moisturiser and it did not irritate my skin but I did break out and the formula leaves a sticky residue on skin while it absorbs, which can take some time, so avoid applying it straight before bed. The scent is light and creamy but I would not brag about it. A little goes a very long way so try using a small jar before upgrading to a larger size because the life of the product is only around 3 months.
